Rooted Nutrition & Wellness
Indira Seetaram is a dedicated nutrition professional who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from LIU Post in 2022, where she completed coursework that meets New York State requirements for becoming a Certified Dietitian/Nutritionist (CDN).
Beyond her formal training, Indira has a deep love for global food culture and has traveled to over 20 countries, exploring diverse cuisines, traditions, and eating patterns. Through these experiences, she’s gained firsthand insight into how culture shapes food, family meals, celebrations, and wellness routines — and she brings that understanding into every client conversation. Her global travels have strengthened her cultural competence, allowing her to provide respectful, tailored nutrition guidance that honors cultural food identities and values
Her passion for helping others stems from a deep belief that nutrition is foundational to health, vitality, and lifelong wellness. Whether working with individuals, groups, or corporate teams, she brings practical, science-based solutions that are compassionate, achievable, and tailored to each client’s goals and lifestyle.
